College of environment and design
Currently enrolled students pursuing CED degree-required coursework and having a minimum 3.0 GPA are eligible to apply. Please note that thesis/research hours and independent study hours do NOT count as degree-required coursework.
To find CED research opportunites, look at faculty profiles to see their research, and contact faculty members directly. Typically, professors conduct research. Other positions, such as lecturer, do not.

College of family and consumer sciences
The College of Engineering is pleased to make available scholarships, offered on a competitive basis, to graduate students. These scholarships are designated both to highlight the benefits of graduate education and to enhance the overall graduate education experience. Due February 28th each year.
UGA Engineering Undergraduate Researchers are mentored by faculty and work on teams that may include faculty, graduate and undergraduate students, Industry and government sponsors. Participating in undergraduate research is recommended to students interested in adding engineering experience to their résumé for the future pursuit of an internship, co-op, full-time position and/or graduate school.
